The advanced learning options are aimed at professionals across the Western Pacific, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa and timed to suit all of the these locations. We successfully tested this delivery model in cooperation with Blended Learning International (BLI) in several programs for the Global Development Learning Network of the World Bank in partnership with the Korea Development Institute. We deliver our Master Classes in a partnership between the Social Cyber Group and BLI, an organisation with two decades of experience in managing the delivery of professional education.
